We are aware a number of debits will go through before lockdown begins which we could not control. Please rest assured you will not be charged during lockdown as your debit date and payment freeze will be included later on in the lockdown but you will still have access when we re-open.

In short, everyone will get their payment break, but it will be at different times depending on your debit date.

We hope that makes sense. You do not need to do anything at your end so please do not cancel your Direct Debits. Thank you all for understanding.

If you Froze or Cancelled your membership with us and you plan on returning, please make sure you have re-joined before you attend the Gym. We are also happy to welcome new members whilst we re-establish our member base.

You can join online at www.nextgengyms.co.uk OR if you already have the ClubRight App you can log in and select a membership there.

We will not be running a booking system as we will be operating below government capacity guidelines. We will be showing a live view of the number of members in the Club on our Website and ClubRight App so people can choose to attend during quieter times. If we do find the Club is getting busy, we will close off the memberships so please join back sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

As we prepare for our safe return, here are some of the things you can expect on your 1st gym visit:

✅ Floor signs showing socially distanced queue for reception desk and swipe entry.

✅ Automatic 70% alcohol gel dispenser to be used by everyone on arrival.

✅ One way system. Enter main gym floor using first staircase to your right, exit via squash staircase.

✅ IR Temperature checks at our discretion. If you are feeling in any way unwell, please just stay at home.

✅ Spaced out equipment, including new designated training areas.

✅ Blueroll and disinfectant as before, but now compulsary.

✅ Tape & signage throughout to remind everyone to socially distance.

✅ Windows and doors open at all times for ventilation.

✅ Members only. No daily entries allowed.

✅ Live member tracking to show number of people currently in the club. Visible via the website and ClubRight App.
